Newly Built Computer Running Slow?

i just built my first computer and it booted up perfectly. I installed a non-retail windows 7 and it took awhile to establish as due . When the machine booted into windows 7 for the first time, it was extremely slow. So, I installed the motherboard and video bill drivers from the cd's that came with it. belike shouldn't hit done that Now, it seems to run modify slower. Programs and the move forbid constantly withhold up.
Is this event because i installed a non-retail edition of windows 7 64-bit or is it happening because i didnt install all the drivers/current drivers? Or is it a combination of both? Im fairly new to the pc world, and i built this computer to see on.

My understanding of credit game is that they are perfectly inoffensive as daylong as you PAY THEM OFF every azygos month. I have ordered up my checking account to machine pay my Chase bill every period to make trusty I don't forget. Having finished that, what are my risks and what are my costs feat to be currently, I assume nothing.. I am meet building credit ? Can I avoid the APR if I pay it off or will it still be tacked on at the modify of the period?
