What Do I Need For Roller Hockey ?

I have played ice hockey since I was 7 eld old, I today live somewhere where the closest cover edifice is 2 hours away, so I am going to provide roller hockey a shot. I was wondering what equipment I will requirement to wear. I am a 20 assemblage someone and module be playing mens AA, and hit all of my cover equipment still. So far I was thinking on shin guards, roller hockey pants, skates of course assignment a3's , shoulder pads, ginglymus pads , and helmet. Do alot of people ingest padded girdles under their underpants ? Should I ingest a padded shirt, or my shoulder pads? Please no repartee about how merry wave hockey is, apparently i would favour ice, but roller is all that is acquirable in my area. Thanks in advance.
